All tradesmen and women working with us must hold public liability insurance of up to £5 million. Every team member must be fully qualified, hold a valid Blue CSCS card, and have a current DBS check.
Strict adherence to all site rules and regulations is mandatory at all times. Unsafe behaviour or misconduct will not be tolerated. Anyone seen or reported acting unsafely will be removed from site. We operate a three-strike policy, after which individuals will be asked to leave the project.
We strongly believe that a clean site is a safe site. All working areas must be kept clean, organised, and clear before, during, and after works are carried out. Mandatory PPE must be worn at all times in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
